Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Non-quality related returns are not acceptable. Returns and exchanges are only permitted for valid product quality problems.

To be eligible for a quality-related return or exchange, you must contact us in advance within the 7-day period. The item must be intact with no man-made damage, and retain all original accessories, tags and original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or valid proof of purchase for verification.

To initiate a return or exchange application for quality issues, please contact us in advance at electricactuator28@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns without prior consultation and confirmation from our customer service will not be accepted or processed.

Once your quality issue application is verified and approved, we will provide you with the official return address, return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your package. Please strictly follow our guidelines to complete the return delivery.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please carefully inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, faulty or inconsistent with the product description due to quality problems, please contact us right away within the valid 7-day period. We will promptly evaluate the issue and provide corresponding return, exchange or solution arrangements.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Besides non-quality defective products, the following items are also not eligible for return or exchange: perishable goods, custom-made products, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. In addition, all sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Any return requests caused by personal reasons including but not limited to dislike, inappropriate size, unnecessary purchase, or changed mind will not be accepted.


Exchanges 

For confirmed product quality issues, you can choose to return the item for a refund or apply for an exchange. After your return application is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund arrangement in a timely manner.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

The 14-day cooling off period for unconditional returns applicable to general EU products is not applicable to our products. All return and exchange requests from EU customers are still subject to our 7-day quality-only return policy stipulated above.


Refunds

We will notify you promptly after we receive and inspect your returned item. If the quality issue is confirmed and the refund is approved, the fund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card institutions may require additional processing time for the refund to arrive in your account.
If you do not receive the refund more than 15 business days after our refund approval, please contact us via electricactuator28@gmail.com for follow-up processing.
